Cirrus is an enterprise CRM and sales analytics platform used by Nordic companies to manage customer relationships, sales performance, and decision-making across teams. I partnered closely with Care of CRM to design and evolve the second major version of Cirrus, focusing on clarity, usability, and scalable information architecture for data-heavy enterprise workflows. The work balanced the needs of sales representatives, managers, and leadership — turning complex data into actionable insights.
