Winningtemp helps create more productive workplaces through effective leadership and increased engagement. Winningtemp offers the market’s most advanced solution for managing and optimising human resources. Based on more than 600 scientific studies, their AI-based platform helps managers and leaders visualise employees’ development in real-time and act on insights that strengthen engagement and improve performance. I partnered with Winningtemp to help design their business plattform. I initially started working on a concept which were later adapted to Winningtemps excisting branding and guidlines.
